We had a fantastic experience with Party Time Rental! We rented a 20x20 tent, tables,

chairs, and linen tablecloths for our graduation party. The entire process—from ordering

to setup and takedown—was seamless. The team was incredibly helpful, kind, and just

as excited about our event as we were. They made sure the tent placement was

perfect, and their instructions were easy to follow. Everything was set up beautifully, and

the takedown the next day was quick and efficient. Their customer service is truly top-

We had a wonderful experience with PTR at our wedding! They helped us to select the

right size tent for our event of 250 people, answered our questions with ease, and were

always incredibly knowledgeable and professional to work with. We rented tables,

chairs, linens, patio heaters, and a large tent with walls for our wedding. They were

super helpful as we planned for high winds in the tent, and everyone stayed warm and

was comfortable through the reception. Everything was set up the day before with a

fantastic crew. Would recommend PTR to anyone for any event - large or small.

Lori and Brad at Party Time Rental were a godsend. Our daughter wanted a small

intimate wedding lakeside on our lawn and Lori helped me through the process. It was

short notice and she knew exactly what size tent for our group along with the lighting,

tables, chairs and benches for the ceremony. Our tableware was also from them and my

favorite part of a party is the beautiful table scape. Brad was here personally to set up

the tent and lighting. This wasn’t the first time I’ve rented from them and each time

we’ve been so happy!!

It is hard to find the perfect combination of professionalism while still being warm and

friendly, but Party Time Rental did exactly that! From the moment I walked in to start my

party planning, Lori took a personal interest and helped me through a stressful decision-

making process. By the time I walked out, I felt like I had made a new friend. Party Time

Rental kept in communication with me until the big event, then showed up on time and

assisted us with the set-up process. All of our tables and chairs were in like-new

condition, and our linens were beautiful. Everyone commented on how beautiful the

We used Party Time to transform a local back yard into a wedding venue, and they were

simply the best! Lori and her staff were exceptional, assisting us with every question

and she has a great attention to detail. The set up and tear down crews did a wonderful

job. I highly recommend them to anyone needing anything relating to a party or large

gathering of folks, because you will get the best possible experience and service.

I honestly could not have gotten better service from PTR. They were very

communicative, super flexible with my rental and processing, and were beyond efficient

in every aspect. The guys who came out to set up and take down the tent were on top

of it the entire time and were exceedingly friendly the whole time too. I would absolutely

recommend renting from them for any future events!

Party Time rental is amazing! I have had several years of renting from them and they

always deliver quality customer service, quality items, and work with your personal

schedule when it comes to timeline - pending they have the availability. Vacationland

Figure Skating Club utilizes their pipe and drape for the annual ice show every March

and we appreciate their relationship.

Party Time Rental is a life saver! My clients needed many items for their wedding, not

just the basic tables and chairs but also harvest tables, floor to ceiling draping, lawn

games and dinnerware. The items were dropped off early and picked up late which

allowed me to direct a crew of 20 in a 2 hour mad dash setup. The tables were all heavy

duty and the linen was special order. Thanks to Lori for allowing me to call every month

with increases and alterations, a wedding that size entails so many details and nothing

was amiss on the day of!!

tables/chairs. They were also terrific in taking down the tent and picking up the

We rented chairs from them for our wedding at the arboretum. At the last minute we needed a tent set up and they went out of their way to get it done. Everything turned out great! 

Delivered and picked up chairs and 7.5 gallon coffee pots for our event... Brad delivered them earlier than expected and picked up and was gone without me even knowing... Lori was very pleasant to work with on the phone for scheduling... Great job and I highly recommend for any of your party needs !!!
